FAQ
What if we're getting married abroad?
I'm here for you anywhere and anytime! It is my biggest privilege to capture your memories through my lens. Inquire custom quote!
Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Zero travel fee on your wedding day if live anywhere in the U.S. However, a flat-rate travel fee of $300 will be applied for any wedding package with an engagement session if you are 100 miles from my homebase in Houston, TX or Jackson, TN. Are you getting married abroad? Send us an email for custom quote.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
My typical turnaround time for elopement/wedding is 4 weeks. I always delivery a good amount of sneak peek images no later than 48-hours after our session for you to share with family. For other sessions, the typical turnaround time is 14 business days.
Are deposits refundable?
All fee is not refundable. A 50% retainer is required to secure your date of your session.
What is your cancelation/reschedule policy?
One time reschedule of your session is allowed and I will do my best to accommodate that. Please notify me via email or phone number at least 1 week before your session. You are allowed to reschedule up to 6 months in advance.
Do you accept payment plan?
Yes, I do accept payment plan for investment at $1000 and above. Client will be given payment plan agreement to sign and follow until full payment is cleared.
